The Packing Rat has it exactly right. (Love the new Desolation Wilderness banner, btw!) As I said in Battle Cry: Eureka! much of the fight, for the next decade, to smash each and every gun-ban law will take place here in California — because that’s where the laws are. They have to be fought here first, and well, in order to provide the Federal courts with good cases to fix our RKBA rights in stone once and for all.

Donate to the cause, please!

“any California donor making a donation to NRA-ILA, the NRA Civil Rghts Defense Fund (501(c)(3)), CRPA, or CRPA Foundation (501(c)(3)) can count on that money (and then some) being spent in California.”

Microsoft (via matching funds) and I donate hundreds of dollars each year to SAF.

Check to see if your company matches donations to 501(c)(3) organizations.

[…] Happily, there’s still one case left that they’re not gonna be able to stop: Nordyke v. King. You heard it here first, folks: Nordyke is the case that will incorporate the 2A, and will do it in California — and with a 9th Circuit ruling, too. Was I right about Cali being the front line? More as it happens… in the meantime, DONATE if you can. […]

[…] Bracketed material mine. This case is all the more important because it looks like the Bradys are trying to stop the SF and Chicago cases before they get very far. This case’s almost unstoppable — it’s already in the Federal courts, and the panel of judges is favorable to 2A (despite being in the 9th Circuit). Have you DONATED yet? […]

[…] Even in California - civil disobedience and gaming the system have begun to reverse some of the anti-gun trends out there.  I’m not kidding, and they did it all without threatening to shoot anyone! Here’s what this means for you. This and all the Calgunners’ other efforts are building the groundwork for future court cases that will determine that specific crap on California’s books right now is an unconstitutional infringement of your 2nd Amendment rights. If you want to see those cases develop and ultimately succeed, the Calguns Foundation could use your support. Have you DONATED yet? […]
