   One of my coworkers lives in a rather dicey apartment complex, with a lot of people on the dole. He said he buys EBT cards from some of them, at $1 cash per $2 of benefits. He uses the cards for grocery shopping, and the sellers use the money to buy drugs.

   Yet another example of why we are doomed. America is broken.
