The plate I knocked down near the end was the 523 yard plate. There was not 616 yard plate, there is one at 637 yards.

My biggest thrill was hitting the 957 yard plate on my first shot. I also hit it about half the time on the follow up shots. And it's important to note that the 957 yard range there were two different targets. There was the 55 gallon drum and the steel plate which was about 1/4 the size of the drum. Everyone on the .50 shot at the drum. While shoot my spud gun we only shot at the steel plate.</description>
