Some of them are legal with training and a CCW permit, and some are just punks with guns. Some people are going to get mugged in the parking garage or killed while jogging in the park, and some people are going to live cause they had a gun to defend themselves. And this isn't going to change anytime soon no matter what workplace rules are or what party holds the oval office.
