Oh you dawg! Bring to GBR!

  2. DaddyBear says:

Very nice. You got lucky on the 1903. I’ve been checking their website regularly and made a a couple trips up to Camp Perry and haven’t seen any complete 1903′s before. Good for you!

DirtCrashr, this post was written by Dave the RNS Staff Photographer, who is NOT me. I live too far away from Camp Perry to pull off any kind of “little trip,” damn it.

    Sweet-looking rifles.

  4. DirtCrashr says:

Well then HE should bring them! :-) Yeh, I know, Ohio is a bit of a drive. Hell, Reno is a bit of a drive too!

  5. Dave RNS Photographer says:

Well, I won’t be at GBR, but in the interest of accuracy, I have to comment that my post read “Down to the . . .” as in coming down from Michigan. My only big ‘Out West’ trip is my annual pilgramage to Idaho for Boomershoot.

Actually I have an M1, a Greek-return, and she’s gone below 2MOA a couple times. But I want that ammunition! So I can go shoot more!

  7. Firehand says:

Lovely things. Were they caked in Cosmo, or in pretty clean shape?

  8. Dave RNS Photographer says:

They were clean . . . just selected them off of the store racks. Also, for full disclosure, I made this excursion to Camp Perry back in December of 2008. So I’d not be surprised that the currently available selections are different. Sorry if anyone feels mislead. I just had the pictures on my pc and decided to use one for my periodic ‘gratuitous gun pics’ post.
